Join us for small group strength training specifically for runners.
Training is held in the North Sydney area on Monday mornings and Wednesday evenings.
We also conduct:
- One-off assessments – to help identify strength deficits or imbalances that are causing injuries or limiting performance
- ‘Kick-starter’ programs of three private sessions, consisting of an assessment, program to suit your training resources (i.e. gym or home-based, alone or in groups/pairs), and full test training session – $240
