If you’re training at home, then you’ve probably run into this problem: you don’t have all the equipment you want and/or you don’t have enough weights to really challenge you on some of your basic exercises. Maybe you train in small hotel gyms or little apartment building gyms with more cardio equipment than weights options. Exercise 1 – Standing Flies
This works the chest like a lying dumbbell or cable fly or a pec deck machine, but it also hits the upper back hard as you fight gravity to stop your arms falling towards the floor.
