Strength training with UH!

Join us for small group strength training specifically for runners.

Training is held in the North Sydney area on Monday mornings and Wednesday evenings. 

We also conduct:

  • One-off assessments – to help identify strength deficits or imbalances that are causing injuries or limiting performance
  • ‘Kick-starter’ programs of three private sessions, consisting of an assessment, program to suit your training resources (i.e. gym or home-based, alone or in groups/pairs), and full test training session – $240
